*We accept 3 or less persons in a group (for the priority to individuals). We don't reply (or answer) if you inquire about 4 or more persons in a group in any reason.
*We accept age of over 12 years old.
*The cancellation charge will be required from 1 day before the arrival (1 week before at high seasons), if you don't inform us of the cancellation from 1 day before the arrival (1 week before at high seasons) or without notice.
*The cancellation should be made by the telephone call. We don't accept it by e-mail.
*We can't prepare 'YUKATA' and toiletary (towell, soap, shaver), so please bring your own.
*We will charge you the fee when you bring alcoholic beverages into the guesthouse.

*We charge 3,900JPY as an additional fee for December 31st or January 1st.
*We charge a premium price for meals on January 1st.
